  The Gold Coast's only absolute waterfront meeting facility featuring outstanding facilities, superb views, a private beach and a private outdoor terrace for breaks buffet lunches and evening BBQ's.

  Ocean Room

  Conveniently located off the lobby, this large international class facility can be separated into two conference venues and has its own foyer area, ideal for registrations, tea breaks and pre-function drinks. with theatre style seating for up to 280 delegates, this room has a 1.83 meter screen available.

  Dolphin Bay Room

  Ideal for medium size conferences up to 100 theatre style. Ceiling-to-floor windows flood the room with natural light while blinds provide darkness for video presentations.

  The Melrose Room

  Offering natural daylight, this room is ideal for the facilitating of private meetings, with a variety of settings.

  Executive Boardroom

  Located next to the Presidential Room and featuring the same aspect, this deluxe room features a large oak board table with seating for up to 12 persons.

  Waterfall Cafe

  The Waterfall Cafe is the ideal venue for casual events. Offering "Al Fresco" dining atmosphere it is perfect to capture all that a resort lifestyle has to offer. Overlooking the pool and the Broadwater, delegates will enjoy looking at the sunset over pre-dinner drinks for an evening event. 
  
  The Waterfall Cafe can be utilised as a private function for conference lunches, cocktail parties and dinners. The relaxed environment is conducive to networking or a great ice breaker venue for any type of event. The Waterfall Cafe can cater for small intimate gathering of 25 delegates up to larger events using the beautiful surroundings of the pool.
