*Guest please note that due to planned maintenance of the poolside SpongeBob SplashBash and WaterPlay, these areas will be closed 12 March to 16 March and 18 March to 30 March. The resort pool and Water Park areas will be open and operational for guests throughout these periods.

A 50 meter lagoon-shaped swimming pool, heated to 26 degrees. Open 7am - 10pm.

Massage and Beauty Salon
Located opposite the Exercise Room.

Monorail Station
Monorail access to Sea World is located off the main lobby. Sea World opening hours are 10am - 5pm.

Reception
Open 24 hours for your convenience. Check in time 2pm check out time 10am.

Located next to the exercise room. Open 7am - 10pm.

Located at the Waterfall Café end of the pool. Open 7am - 10pm.

Table Tennis
Located at the Water sports end of the pool.

Tennis Courts
Synthetic grass courts located at the end of Garden Wing. Racquets and tennis balls available for use at the Tours Desk. Open 7am - 10pm.

Tours and Activities Desk
A variety of tours, car hire, massages, theme park tickets and transfers can be arranged.

Transfers
Transfers - Airport, Surfers Paradise, Pacific Fair and all Theme Parks. Limousine bookings or car rentals can be arranged via the Tour Desk.

Water sports
Located directly on the Broadwater offering parasailing, speed boat rides, wave runners, fishing and more. Open 9.30am - 3.30pm. For more information click here
