Information to assist Cudo Guests

Congratulations on your purchase of this fantastic Sea World Resort offer through Cudo.

Due to the popularity of this offer our Reservations team will be experiencing large volumes of calls once the sale closes so delays can be expected.

Remember you can book by calling either Resort Reservations on 1800 074 448 or the MyFun Call Centre team on 133 386. Both centres will be operating with additional staff and for extended opening hours this week in an effort to ensure you can make your booking as quickly as possible. We appreciate your patience.

You must have received your Cudo voucher to book your stay and you must quote your voucher number to make a reservation. If you have not received your voucher the day after the sale closes please contact Cudo at customersupport@cudo.com.au

To assist you in determining available dates please take a moment to check availability for Resort Rooms using our online booking system. Where Resort Rooms are showing as sold out you will need to select alternative dates. All stays are subject to availability.

Guest please note that due to planned maintenance of the poolside SpongeBob SplashBash and WaterPlay, these areas will be closed 12 March to 16 March and 18 March to 30 March. The resort pool and Water Park areas will be open and operational for guests throughout this period.

Booking windows are up to 31 January 2013 excluding blackout dates of Easter 6/4/2012 – 9/4/2012, Gold Coast 600 Race Days 19/10/2012 - 21/10/2012 and Christmas 25/12/2012 – 2/01/2013.

Surcharges apply for Qld school holidays of $200 per voucher payable in full directly to the Resort at the time you make your booking.

The Cudo Voucher is for a stay in a Resort Room. Resort Rooms maximum occupancy is 4 people and contain 2 double beds. This includes infants and children. Rollaway beds or cots cannot be added to Resort Rooms due to Fire and Safety regulations and the occupancy cannot exceed 4 persons.

For groups of 5 people an upgrade fee of $320 applies which includes your upgrade to a Queen Room which has 2 Queen Beds, a cot or rollaway bed to accommodate the 5th person, and the 5th persons unlimited Sea World entry.
 
For groups of more than 5, and up to 8 people, you can purchase 2 vouchers and book a Family Room, which gives you 2 interconnecting rooms with 4 double beds.
 
Other room types are available however room upgrade surcharges apply for these different room types as follows:
  - Studio and Deluxe Rooms additonal $200 per 5 nights
  - Deluxe View Rooms additional $400 per 5 nights.
 
Any surcharges payable direct to the hotel incur a credit card service fee of 1.75% on Visa and Mastercard, and 3% on Diners and American Express cards.
